Lance Ott is a 16-year veteran of the cannabis, banking and financial services industries with additional expertise in FinTech, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), merchant services, operations, compliance and consulting. Lance is also a Certified Payments Professional (CPP) through the Electronic Transactions Association.
Brett Taylor is co-founder of Guardian Data Systems. He also is an ETA-CPP Certified leader in comprehensive financial management, payment solutions and banking for the cannabis and other high-risk industries.

Richard "Rick" Gilchrist is a business leader and serial entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience in management consulting, strategic business development and execution, and executive management with an emphasis on Big Data, Cannatech, Financial Services, Investment and fundraising strategy, Information Technology, Marketing/Market Automation, Higher Education, Public Sector/Government, and Outsourcing. Rick is a co-founder and former COO of New Frontier Data and has been part of the founding and C-Level teams for several startups over his 23 year entrepreneurial career.
Sr. Director Project Management
Jeffrey Wright spent the previous 20 years at EZLinks Golf, a leading golf course management software and point of sale company in the golf industry. During his tenure, Jeff served crucial roles over his tenure including VP Digital Marketing for the last five years. Wright has significant experience in leadership, eCommerce, B2B marketing, project management, product management, business development and client relations. In his free time, Jeff enjoys exploring all of the outdoor activities that the Pacific Northwest has to offer such as golf, disc golf, hiking, biking and more. When he’s not outdoors, or immersing himself in the cannabis industry Jeff is at home watching Netflix with his girlfriend and two cats.

Michael Hackmer is the founder of Social Web Tactics / A Marijuana Marketing Agency. Over the last 15+ years, Hackmer has developed marketing campaigns for Fortune 500 companies, SMBs, and start-ups that reached business, government, and consumer audiences. He has worked with companies in the cannabis, education, health care, non-profit, technology, and retail industries to build out compelling marketing content, successful lead generation campaigns, and engaging online experiences through websites, communities and social media channels.
